I had a wonderful childhood in a beautiful town of Yantai. I loved arts since I was little. In my early twenties, I learned many aspects of film and drama while I was in college. Though I don’t teach arts, what I learned still helps a lot during teaching. After I graduated from college, I got a chance to work as an English Course consultant, which led my life to exposure to English. I had an opportunity to spend a couple of years in America and those experiences are precious to me. While I was in America, I taught American children Chinese, through which I gained teaching experience and learned about education. Through my teaching experience, I learned how valuable and important teachers are as they impact on the lives of students. I learned pedagogics and educational psychology by myself after I came back to China, through which I obtained a teaching certificate. I hope I can continue life-long learning and become better at teaching. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and having a short trip with my family.
